End-point to fetch the currently supported countries by the Wyre widget.
This call does not require authentication, and the list of countries might change over time.
Do not cache it, countries can be enabled/disabled at any time.
The field stateLabel is the English representation of the state field per country.You can use it a as label in your input fields.
